I attempted to use Ali Abdaal’s Voice Pal app to accomplish a similar task and enjoyed the experience. However, it's not free.

I’m intrigued by Otter and would like to explore whether it's different from Voice Memos on iOS. I don't think iOS used AI to improve your transcriptions in any way, but maybe the point of what you're saying is to just rawdog it and sound authentic.

Does Otter utilize AI to enhance the quality of the inputted voice, resulting in a more accurate final transcription?

I'm going to have to get over the stage fright of speaking into my phone notes in front of others... Because I too cannot hold an idea in my head to even save my life...

So grateful for the tech to do this and now it's time to appreciate it enough to use it.

Lovely article

I'm a big fan of Ben too, and used to write a daily email for years. - Once you get good at it, you see ideas everywhere you look. - I wrote one once about a fat guy falling into a grave at a funeral, so anything can be turned into a content piece. : )
